• Ensure that student data entered into the system complies with applicable regional educational guidelines.
• Promptly revoke portal access for departed staff or un-enrolled students.

3. Platform Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for operational campus portals. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via administrative notification banners.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Educational institutions retain full and exclusive ownership of all student records, academic marks, uploaded logos, and course materials. Gurukool claims zero ownership over school records.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws regarding digital cloud services and educational technology.
